Juan’s outgoing personality is so appreciated by his clients that they consistently talk about what an absolute joy he is to work with. He makes sure he is attentive to their needs by actively listening to their requests and then gets the work done. Juan joined the Rosborough Partners team in 2001 as a Spray Technician and quickly put in the work and education to become licensed. His quality of work and ability to connect with coworkers propelled him to Foreman and then Supervisor shortly thereafter, where his unique qualities and skill set could shine. He has taught landscape seminars at the Chicago Botanic Garden and has served for over 10 years on ILCA committees where he also teaches a variety of seminars including plant identification and pruning. Juan is very involved with community outreach and leadership through his church and touches the lives of many members of the community as a worship leader. His greatest joy is spending quality time with his wife and three beautiful daughters.
