Client Steward:
The Client Steward is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships with landscape maintenance clients. The Client Steward generates new sales leads, manages contract renewals, and ensures quality on client sites. Project management as well as scheduling of work with our Maintenance Operations Manager and Supervisors is required to set and meet client expectations for the performance of the maintenance crews. A Client Steward must be able to interact and communicate well with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors. A Client Steward ensures proper records of work performed are maintained and reported through our Aspire software system for client management, estimating and billing. The role requires client contact by phone and in person as well as site audits.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years’ experience, horticulture and landscape maintenance knowledge, proficiency in computer software applications, strong organizational skills, sales and relationship management skills.
Landscape Construction Department Manager:
This position is responsible to for managing all aspects of the Landscape Construction Department to ensure all projects are executed according to plan and meet Rosborough Partners mission of producing the highest quality workmanship. The Construction Manager oversees all job scheduling, material procurement, team member time recording and job material job cost allocation. The Construction Manager ensures all work at job sites are produced efficiently, safely, and within budget. As Construction Department Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with our Project Landscape Architects/Designers. This position requires the ability to thoroughly understand and interpret design and construction plans. The Construction Manager is responsible establishing and managing the Construction department budget, department supervisors, foreman and field staff. This role requires the ability to interact and communicate well with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers.
Qualifications: minimum 5+ years of landscape construction management. Experience in overseeing and handling multiple projects, crews, and administrative duties. Valid driver’s license, C Class or CDL Class along with a clean driving record. Ability to operate various construction equipment, including skid steers and small equipment. Working knowledge or ability to learn landscape enterprise management software like Aspire is required, English/Spanish is a plus.
Landscape Designer:
The Landscape Designer position produces professional landscape design solutions for residential clients with the ultimate goal of getting projects into the installation/construction phase in a timely manner. The landscape designer identifies client needs and expectations, applies creative problem-solving techniques and makes best use of company resources to estimate, sell, and manage client projects from concept to installation. This position interacts professionally with external clients and subcontractors/vendors, and internally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications: minimum 5 years’ experience, horticulture and landscape construction knowledge, proficiency in computer software applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Auto Cad, and MS Office products. Must also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize projects and time-management skills to meet deadlines and follow through on timelines.
Landscape Construction Foreman:
The Construction Foreman position is responsible for directing a crew, coordinating equipment and installing materials so high-quality landscape construction projects are completed efficiently. The position requires skill in plant identification, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, reading work orders and blueprints, team management, and equipment operation. A successful Landscape Construction Foreman must be able to interact and communicate well with clients, subcontractors, and co-workers.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years’ experience, horticulture and landscape construction knowledge, valid driver’s license, English/Spanish is a plus.
Landscape Maintenance Foreman:
The Maintenance Foreman position is responsible for manage a crew, coordinating equipment, and caring for landscapes so high-quality residential maintenance standards are met. This position requires skills in landscape maintenance (mowing, pruning, weeding, edging, watering, clean-up, etc.), plant identification, plant health, reading work orders, team management, and equipment operation. A successful Landscape Maintenance Foreman must be able to interact and communicate well with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years’ experience, horticulture and landscape construction knowledge, valid driver’s license, – English/Spanish is a plus.
